Integrating Concourse with Ramp

Concourse reads the following spend management data from Ramp:

• •Cleared, pending, refunded, and declined card transactions
• •Employee reimbursements and repayment status
• •Corporate cards, cardholders, and roles
• •Departments, cost centers, and spending limits
• •Merchant directory details and receipt metadata

Concourse never writes any data back to Ramp.

Connecting to Ramp

• 1Go to the Integrations page in Concourse.
• 2Select Ramp.
• 3Click New Connection and complete Ramp's OAuth flow to approve access.

Disconnecting from Ramp

• 1Go to the Integrations page in Concourse.
• 2Select Ramp.
• 3Click Delete connection.

Can I track approval status and receipt compliance in Concourse?

Yes. The Ramp integration fetches approval workflow states (employee action, reviewer action, fully approved) alongside receipt metadata. You can break down pending items, missing receipts, and policy exceptions by employee, department, or merchant.

Does Concourse include reimbursements or just card spend?

Both. Concourse pulls Ramp reimbursements (including amounts, directions, and statuses) in addition to card transactions so you can report on total company spend and outstanding repayments in one place.
